Congratulations,
you has just bought a product with license for personal use and Extended
license for S4H/S4O. Any doubt regarding this product or TOU,

TOU are made in July 20, 2008 but it
is retroactive and
apply to all products currently for sale made by Cátia Cunha.
- This licence is limited to the following terms:
You have
authorization to use these graphics for make your digital scrapbook pages and projects, including hybrid works “S4H/S4O”
If you want to use these graphs commercially, in your
website, magazines, layouts, gallery or any other publication, it will be
necessary that the due credits are given to Cátia Cunha.
YOU CAN NOT use my products to create Stock images and sell them at any site, CD,
or even offer them as freebies;
YOU MAY
NOT claim these graphics as your own;
YOU MAY
NOT make my graphics and products into tubes, templates or brushes for use with
Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and redistribute or resell;
YOU MAY
NOT alter these graphics and call them your own;
YOU MAY
NOT Make Digitalized Embroidery designs to resell;
YOU MAY
NOT make Rubber Stamps;
YOU MAY
NOT add them to Software Programs;
YOU MAY
NOT resell MY TEMPLATES, ACTIONS, BRUSHES, SHAPES AND STYLES in their original
form (i.e you may not resell my Templates in psd format, abr, csh and atn and
files);
YOU MAY
NOT use my graphics on ilegal websites or publications and you may not use my
graphics for any harmful,
pornographic, obscene, defamatory, immoral or racial material;
YOU MAY
NOTtransforme my products in a
grayscale item to be resold as a Template.
About S4H/S4O “Scrap4Hire/ Scrap4Others”
You have
authorization to create layouts or other craft items for your clients to be
delivered in printed or flattened in jpg. Your customers only will receive the
final, flattened version of the product (i.e. no psd files, no individual
papers/graphs/products/elements files, etc)
YOU MAY
NOT Make “Quickpages“ or templates from my kits and offer them for sale at
Physics Stores, On-Line Stores or any Web-sites. You may use this license just
for your HOME-BASED BUSINESS at commissioned projects. If you are interested to
use my designs at “great scale” projects, contact-me.
